Jasmine Ghoddoussi, RD, is a professional dietitian/nutritionist who has worked in private practice in the Montreal area for over ten years. Since graduating with great distinction from McGill University, Jasmine has worked in a variety of settings, including: a rehabilitation hospital center, several cardiovascular prevention and treatment programs, an intense healthy lifestyle program for teens, and has even consulted as a nutrition expert editing recipes and scripts for a reality TV cooking show.

Jasmine’s ongoing passion has always been working one-on-one in her practice, and she has helped hundreds of clients work towards reaching their nutrition, health, and weight goals. Jasmine does not believe in quick-fixes or fad diets, and rather helps her clients reach their goals based on their lifestyle in a realistic, easy and enjoyable way, for the long term.

Initial Nutrition Consultation

Are you ready to make a change to your dietary habits? This one-hour session with Jasmine will help you get on track! At this first appointment, you will meet with Jasmine to discuss your nutrition, health, and/or weight goals. Jasmine will review your current dietary habits, medical background, lifestyle, and will set up your personalized nutrition plan to help meet your goals.

Follow-up Nutrition Pack

Following the initial consultation, you will then meet with Jasmine weekly or biweekly to review your changes, and to receive additional tools and support. New goals will be set and Jasmine will be there for accountability, education, and motivation. Follow up appointments are 30 minutes, and topics discussed may include: label reading, recipe suggestions, tips when eating out or traveling, tips on how to fill your pantry, shopping lists, and strategies to maintain your weight over holiday time and special occasions.
