60 minute fun & intense full body muscular and aerobic workouts.

Non-stop core pounding, heart pumping, muscle blasting, fat shedding training!!

Organize your own group of friends and we will come to you (minimum of 5 people).

It will challenge beginners right to seasoned workout enthusiasts.

Tween/Teen Strength and Conditioning Class

Team play isn’t for everyone though, and as kids get older, they are easily discouraged if they feel their performance doesn’t measure up to their peers, and puberty can make them feel ashamed of their bodies.  Training is the solution.
