Mike Pellegrini has been a Professional Certified Private Trainer in Montreal for over 10 years.His personal involvement with athletics and fitness competitions and his keen sense of people has allowed him to excel as a trainer. He has worked with hundreds of people from professional athletes and local celebrities, to novice trainees. Mike was successfully involved in a weekly radio segment as the fitness and nutrition expert on The Team 990. He has also written a number of articles for various web publications, including Rod Roy Ski School, and Lycos.Working hand-in-hand with other health professionals in the rehabilitation field, Mike ensures his clients a safe recuperation process.
Mike has built a successful private health and fitness business that generates over 100 sessions per week. His approach is based on cutting edge industry techniques and he continues to update his education. He is a certified Kettlebell instructor and has been working with innovative tools such as the TRX and medicine balls for years. Mike is a big believer in keeping it fresh, smart, fun and intense and most of all he believes in his clients.
Brandi Jacobson Prentice joins the TWM team with a keen enthusiasm for fitness. Brandi has over 10 years experience as a National level athlete in the sport of Racquetball. She brings her knowledge of elite training to each session with her clients. In addition to her sport experience, Brandi graduated with a certificate in Personal Fitness Training from the University of Calgary. She is no stranger to the fitness industry as she grew up at her parents Racquetball and Fitness centre in Saskatchewan. Her experience working with beginners to the more advanced fitness enthusiasts gives her a wide range of knowledge to share with you. Brandi believes in keeping her clients on their toes with fun and creative programming.

Nick Trainor is the latest addition to TWM, joining as a Certified Personal Trainer. Nick brings a wealth of experience to the team having competed in professional baseball from 2006 to 2008. As a scholarship athlete, Nick has demonstrated natural talent in a variety of sports from a young age. He was a business major at Georgia College & State, with a health and fitness concentration at his alma mater. Nick pursued his passion for sports fitness in recent years, completing his certifications as a professional trainer. He is a bilingual and motivated trainer who brings an impressive blend of sports background and individual service to all of his clients. Nick believes in the power of exercise to provide strength of body, image and mind.

I have always been a firm believer that in order to be a complete person, one has to combine body, mind and soul. It is with this belief that I decided to leave behind the corporate world to pursue and share my passion of complete fitness. I have a strong athletic background involving 15 years of competitive skateboarding, skiing and snowboarding. I believe in order to keep progressing within our fitness goals ,one needs to be dedicated and most of all have fun. This is why I like to mix it up for my clients using tools and techniques such as the TRX, Kettlebells, boxing, medicine balls and more.
