Mike Pellegrini

Mike Pellegrini has been a Professional Certified Private Trainer in Montreal for over 16 years. Mike has a technique driven style of coaching, with remarkable communication skills.  Paying attention to the details led him to the birth of their motto, “Don’t just do it, Do it Right!”.  Injury prevention with an intelligent and creative personalized methodology has allowed him to help his clients with their chronic pain issues.  He has worked with hundreds of people from professional athletes and local celebrities, to novice trainees. Mike was successfully involved in two weekly radio segments as the fitness and nutrition expert on The Team 990, and CHOM FM. He has also written a number of articles for various web publications and  has been featured in multiple videos as a fitness expert on www.watchmojo.com.

Mike has built a successful health and fitness business that continues to evolve and grow, providing the ultimate in private fitness services. Mike represents KBell Training Academy as their Master Trainer in Montreal. Nick Trainor

Nick Trainor is the latest addition to TWM, joining as a Certified Personal Trainer. Nick brings a wealth of experience to the team having competed in professional baseball from 2006 to 2008. As a scholarship athlete, Nick has demonstrated natural talent in a variety of sports from a young age. He was a business major at Georgia College & State, with a health and fitness concentration at his alma mater. Nick pursued his passion for sports fitness in recent years, completing his certifications as a professional trainer. He is a bilingual and motivated trainer who brings an impressive blend of sports background and individual service to all of his clients. Nick believes in the power of exercise to provide strength of body, image and mind.

Benjamin Dahan

I have always been a firm believer that in order to be a complete person, one has to combine body, mind and soul. It is with this belief that I decided to leave behind the corporate world to pursue and share my passion of complete fitness. I have a strong athletic background involving 15 years of competitive skateboarding, skiing and snowboarding. I believe in order to keep progressing within our fitness goals ,one needs to be dedicated and most of all have fun. This is why I like to mix it up for my clients using tools and techniques such as the TRX, Kettlebells, boxing, medicine balls and more.
With my experience, continuing education and my passion, I am confident that together we can reach your ultimate fitness goals.
